Stephanie Dean, RN

Founder/CEO

Stephanie was born and raised in Kent, Washington. She moved to Tennessee in 2006. She graduated from Aquinas College and took her first job in the ICU in 2012. During her 10-year ICU venture, she served as a charge nurse and oriented a great deal of new hires and new graduate nurses. She spent the last 14 months of her bedside career as the assistant director of the ICU unit. 

Stephanie is proud to call herself a nurse and loves providing patient care.  She is incredibly hard-working, detail-oriented, devoted and compassionate. She was honored to be chosen as her hospitals "Employee of the Year" in 2018.

How did Posh Solace Nursing Concierge Co. get founded?

Stephanie is an ambitious entrepreneur who knew she wanted to still provide patient care, but in a different way. So, she decided to start a business that provides luxurious, top-notch quality nursing care to clients during their post-op recovery. She turned her aspiration into Posh Solace Nursing Concierge Co.
