• In-person pre-op appointment has a fee of $125.
• Transportation to surgery center can be arranged for an additional fee. To be discussed at consultation.
• Surcharge of $.50 per mile roundtrip if recovery location is greater than 20 miles from downtown Nashville.
• Grocery shopping for meal preparation $75.
• Off-site meal preparation starts at $100 (plus cost of groceries).
